For those about to eat, we salute you.
T-Bones Chophouse & Lounge inside Red Rock Resort and Casino in Summerlin is a veritable mecca for those who steer towards steer. In the kitchen burns a 900 degree wood-fired oven that cook any steak to tender perfection. In the dining area, an ambiance so high-class, it almost feels too refined for the massive portion of meat you’ll devour.
Executive Chef Philip Norsetter is the man who makes the menu so drool-worthy, which is why it will come as a shocker to you: he used to be a vegetarian. Obviously that didn’t last, being sucked into the tractor beam that is delicious steak. Luckily the steak they serve up is vegetarian-fed and hormone-free, so he kicked the veggie-only diet for some quality cuts.
Now while the menu contains more than just beef, we have to start with the restaurant’s namesake – the steak. The 48 ounce T-Bone-for-Two is absolutely breathtaking, one of those dishes where your entire table gasps when it’s placed in front of you. It features a 35 day dry aged cut, along with a selection of fresh vegetables including a head of broccoli that is so big, you’ll blush.
Pescetarians, or just fish lovers, there is plenty for you two, with flaky Atlantic Salmon, massive Alaskan Red King Crab and delicious Ahi Tuna.
Speaking of Ahi Tuna, you’ll find an amazing Ahi Tuna Nachos appetizer as part of T-Bones Chophouse “T-Time”. Sunday through Thursday from 5pm to 7pm, enjoy an incredibly tasty (and cheap!) selection of creative eats while mingling with a great crowd, amongst a gorgeous dining room.
And staring down upon you like a protective eagle, T-Bones wine loft. Featuring over 7,500 bottles of wine, the selection of vino is more than impressive, with a bottle for any taste and budget.
If you and your friends and family are looking to “meat up”, sit down at T-Bones Chophouse & Lounge at Red Rock Resort & Casino. It is a guaranteed stomach-pleaser.
